I offer three meal planning options to help busy moms like you get healthy, delicious meals on the table. These customized meal plans are built to meet your personal needs and can be tailored to address specific nutrition and lifestyle needs.
All meal plans include the initial Nutrition Planning Assessment, a customized weekly meal planner, recipes with nutrition information and modifiable serving sizes, grocery shopping lists, and a meal plan prep guide (all items can be downloaded for printing).
After choosing your meal plan option, book your 30-minute meal planning session with me and fill out the online Nutrition Planning Assessment. Both of these will help me better understand your specific meal plan needs so I can create your meal plan accordingly.
Specific meal plan needs can include dietary restrictions, weight loss needs, budget concerns, time restrictions, eating styles, and more. The online assessment should be completed at least 24 hours before your planning session or you will need to reschedule.

Depending on your individual needs, your plan may be a traditional meal plan that outlines breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks, or a collection of hand-picked recipes that reflect your lifestyle, food preferences, health goals, and culture.

Once your plan is created, you will receive an email with a personal video from me that walks you through how to utilize your new meal plan, grocery list, and meal prep guide. Plans can also be adjusted, if necessary.
Follow-up emails will be sent to make sure your plan is meeting your needs and to see if any adjustments need to be made. Note, however, that plan adjustments are not a means to compliance but simply exist to adjust components of the plan that may not be working.
My goal for is for you to take ownership over your new plan and feel confident with these tools. Rest assured, I will help you as best I can. However, it is ultimately up to you to put it into action (wink, wink).
